Smartly is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our fast growing team! In this role you will support the SVP, Ecosystems Partnerships & AI Applications, the SVP, Customer Success and the broader US commercial teams. You’ll own administrative tasks, calendar management, and event coordination.   Successful candidates must be sociable, have excellent problem solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential! You should also be comfortable handling highly confidential information, juggling scheduling across multiple time zones, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position with the expectation that you will be in the office 2-3 days a week.
