We’re looking for an enthusiastic Head of IT to join our Infrastructure & Production group to make Smartly.io the best possible place to work!  We will offer you an opportunity, and at the same time the challenge, to lead a global company Enterprise IT operations. You will be a manager for a global Enterprise IT team which consists of IT Operations, Enterprise Applications and Enterprise Architecture. You will have the possibility to plan and create the best possible IT processes, tools and applications to support the company’s future growth. You will have an opportunity to manage internal IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture and develop those to match our growing business needs. You will be part of the Infrastructure and Production leadership team and with that team you can discuss, spar and help with the things that prove to be toughest nuts to crack. We want to scale up and mature our services - we will value your skills in making us bigger! As the Head of IT you will: Lead global Enterprise IT operations team. Lead Enterprise IT architecture, development and processes. Participate in complex IT sysadmin duties and projects.  Plan and execute development IT projects with help of internal and external resources. Build secure enterprise IT operations processes in collaboration with the Security team. Enhance collaboration and communication to cross teams and relevant stakeholders, Plan and develop IT automation to support more efficient operations. Manage Enterprise IT costs and budget. Manage IT assets, data, software and other inventory.  We are looking for:  Cloud first -thinking allrounder understanding modern, agile and secure Enterprise IT.  Great people leader for the Enterprise IT team. Technical knowledge and ability to take leadership in most difficult IT-support questions. A team player motivated to take on and drive projects independently. Experience with the Google Workspace ecosystem. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Customer and service-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills. Ability and willingness to work at least three days a week from our Helsinki office.
