Design Reviews Performs the Design Reviews on site for all projects for his(her) scope of ownership.  Assesses the implementation of his(her) standards and the technical risks (incl. manufacturability) based on a detailed checklist. Supports and challenges the engineering team in defining action plan and tracks progress. Supports the engineering teams to solve difficult technical issues when needed. Assesses de-standardization requests issued by project teams.
