Responsibilities Industrialisation (mainstream for New Product Industrialisation) To manage production equipment introduction using IPROM  To follow equipment development with the supplier To validate supplier’s design proposal for specific tooling To define acceptance criteria for new equipment To perform pre acceptance and acceptance of the equipment To perform trials on the equipment and deliver reports To build action plans and follow-up to be ready for FDPR To perform and/or collect, capabilities of equipment and process To set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN  To participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN Mass production  To survey equipment’s performances , and always have optimisation in mind To work on Cycle time reduction to optimize investment, material & labor cost To be in contact with suppliers (improvement, support) Environnement Ensure respect of Safety and Environment procedures of Valeo Group Maintain 5S and report issues  Alert for safety rules infringement  Education/Training 3 to 4 years degree, Mechanical Engineering Professional Experience 3-5 years of experience in his domain of knowledge ( process and industrialisation) Languages English C1 mandatory, Spanish recommended Other Knowledge on quality tools ( capabilities, statistics, DOE) PFMEA construction experience  Good interpersonal and communication skills.
