Sous la responsabilité du responsable du laboratoire à Bobigny et en collaboration avec les équipes des laboratoires des régions Martos, Angers, vous aurez pour missions principales : Participer à la mise en conformité et à l’amélioration du système de management de la qualité selon la norme ISO 17025 . Contribuer à la mise à jour et à l’optimisation des procédures et modes opératoires du laboratoire. Participer à la gestion documentaire : rédaction, mise à jour et suivi des documents qualité (skills management, Equipements master List, . Piloter une self audit et accompagner l’équipe dans la préparation des audits internes et externes (VALEO, ENAC, COFRAC, clients). Assurer le suivi des non-conformités , analyser les causes et proposer des actions correctives et préventives. Contribuer à la sensibilisation et à la formation de l’équipe aux bonnes pratiques qualité. Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance qualité et en assurer le suivi. Profil recherché : Étudiant(e) en Bac +4/+5 en Qualité, Métrologie, Génie Industriel, ingénierie ou domaine connexe. Connaissance des normes ISO 17025 et/ou des systèmes de management de la qualité serait un plus. Intérêt pour le domaine des essais en laboratoire. Rigueur, organisation et capacité d’analyse. Bonnes compétences en communication et esprit d’équipe. Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Bon niveau en anglais écrit et oral est requis Maitrise de l'espagnol serait un plus.
