PLC ,HMI programming & trouble shooting (Siemens,omron,allenbradely,Mitsubishi)  LPS (LEAR Production System) Integration with the Process.  Planning of preventive and predictive maintenance, adhering as per plan..  Execution of maintenance functions within budgeted costs and time.  Responsibility included MTTR & MTBF.  Exposure in to JIT Plant & Concept.  Coordinating and Evaluating, Team with daily Maintenance activities.  Adhering KAIZEN & CI Projects as per monthly projected targets.  Responsible for managing plant engineering equipments utilities, spares & consumable.  Monitor the day-to-day functioning of all utilities for smooth functioning like diesel generator, Fire hydrant system, Safety related activities, plumbing, pipeline, A.C, etc.  Prepare the usage plans for equipments, spare parts & consumables for department on daily basis.  New Project Development, Inclusive of Layout, Process Flow, Poke Yoke Implementation, Cycle Time & Manpower Planning.  Monitor and control consumption/provision of power, Diesel etc.  Design and implement ways to conserve energy, power, water etc and undertake measure to reduce wasteful consumption. Identify and Initiate intervention for cost control.  To Prepare and Maintain TS Audit Documents.
