Pour relever ces défis et accompagner ses équipes testing industriel, le site d'Etaples-sur-Mer recrute un(e) stagiaire Ingénieur Qualité Client. Au sein du service qualité client, vous serez en relation avec les équipes de production, ainsi que nos clients. Vos challenges :   Missions : Analyser les retours clients Rendre compte des analyses sous forme de rapports d'analyse / 8D Application de la méthode QRQC pour la résolution des incidents Proposer des améliorations afin de réduire les défauts clients Participation aux réunions clients Mise à jour documentaire suite aux évolutions/améliorations Parlons de vous :    Niveau bac +4 ou bac +5 en école d’ingénieur Connaissances en mécanique / électronique Notions de qualité: 5W2H, 8D, Ishikawa, etc … Anglais courant impératif (relation client) Rigueur, force de proposition et bonne communication Idéalement première expérience dans l'automobile Une maîtrise fluide d’excel / Google sheet est un plus Rejoignez-nous !
