The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all records relating to incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing reports, and handling other administrative tasks within the warehouse or distribution center. Job Responsibility : • Arrange schedule for goods arrival based on production schedule • Monitor goods arriving according to schedule • Conduct inventory count process • Maintain records relating to incoming and outgoing shipments • Update database system related to material transfer and receipt • Coordinate and arrange goods return process if necessary • Handle shipping documents (e.g., B/L, AWB, etc.) • Provide information to Material Planning Section regarding shortage and excess materials • Inform related area for any discrepancies found during stock checking process • Other duties assigned by direct supervisor Job Qualification : • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any major • Fresh graduates are welcome • No working experience • Good communication skills • Computer literacy • Ability to operate forklift truck • Honest and reliable • Able to work under pressure • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Job: Logistics Trainee/Apprentice/VIE Organization: Material Planning/Production Control Supervisor Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Fixed Term (Fixed Term) Job Type: Fixed-Term Contract Job Posting Date: 2025-03-07 Join Us !
