Your tasks: launch a 5S in the current quality database : to check obsolete procedure , last index , last review , check if the pilot is the good one and still in Valeo  If procedure is not updated and not matching with actual flow check with pilot to update it and send automatic notification to sign / approve document Check and collect all the last certifications ( 9001 , 14001…) and attach them in the database Participate to internal audit and record results ,update  planning and create action plan   Support the site quality manager to check some points in TQ roadmap and prepare  V5000 committee and associated action plan  Ensure Internal Procedure/Policy are in line with Customer and Automotive industry requirement Create a new system quality portal which can be accessed for all departments and covering all the updated procedure document used with automatic notification sent if document need to be updated ; reviewed (IT knowledge) Define the procedure that encompasses and describes document management, based on the newly created Database About you : Generalist Engineer with competence in quality management System QMS Audit ISO 9001 IATF IT tool to create a new website portal (solution already existing need just to develop the interface)   Our advantages : Shareholding plan Presence of a Social & Economic Committee (CSE): travel, social and cultural activities.
