Plant’s main activity is supported by a modern research and development center which is currently employing about 100 staff members Join us and lead tech innovation for new lighting solutions and safer roads! Currently for Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina we recruit a Project Buyer Your challenges: Collaborate closely with the Project Team to support successful project execution Support Project Manager in preparation of sourcing plan participate in product quotations (CAA creation) Lead the sourcing and validation of components, ensuring alignment with project needs manage project BOM costs participate in project meetings and activities (Project review, Sourcing Plan, Technical Steering Committee, Project Management Committee) Define and control communication flow and content between project team and suppliers monitor and control project purchasing indicators, ensuring sourcing aligns with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets Join our team if you have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in a technical field Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar purchasing or logistics role Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Analytical mindset with solid negotiation capabilities Team player with a proactive, results-driven approach and excellent multitasking skills Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at an advanced level We can offer you: Employment in an international production company with high quality standards of work, a leading multinational hightech automotive supplier; Attractive working conditions and benefits: possibility to work remotely, participation in internal and external trainings, subsidies for Medicover cafeteria (including Medicover Sport card), additional health and life insurance, private medical care (Medicover), Employee Retirement Program (PPE) and other social benefits.
