Vos missions principales : Aux côtés du responsable des services généraux, vous participerez activement à : La coordination et le suivi des grands travaux sur le site (aménagements, rénovations, réorganisations d’espaces) La gestion opérationnelle des fournisseurs et prestataires (devis, interventions, suivi de la qualité) Le contrôle des commandes et leur bonne exécution La mise à jour et le suivi du planning des projets en cours L’amélioration continue des outils de pilotage et des procédures Profil recherché : Étudiant(e) motivé(e), intéressé(e) par la gestion de projet, l’organisation ou les services généraux , de tous niveaux d’études. Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et esprit d’initiative sont essentiels. Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, en particulier Excel   Ce stage vous permettra de développer des compétences clés en gestion de projet dans un environnement tertiaire stimulant, au sein d’un grand groupe international.
