Hello, VALEO PEM propone una nueva oportunidad de práctica en la área Dirección Actividades:  1.- Control de Agenda del Director de Planta 2.- Control de Reservaciones de Salas de Juntas: Coordinar las reservas de las salas de juntas de la planta, asegurando que estén disponibles según el calendario de reuniones y necesidades del equipo. 3.- Reservaciones y Transporte de Visitas a la Planta: Organizar los traslados de visitas a la planta, incluyendo transporte, alojamiento y logística relacionada. 4.- Organización de Visitas: Asegurar la correcta organización de las visitas a la planta, desde la llegada hasta la salida, con todos los detalles bien coordinados. Gestionar y coordinar el servicio de coffee breaks durante las visitas. Asegurar que los visitantes cuenten con todo el equipo de protección personal (EPP) necesario para recorrer las instalaciones. 5.- Generación de Reportes de Gastos: Elaborar reportes detallados de costos de transporte, alojamiento, viáticos y otros conceptos relacionados de los Managers. Requisitos: Estudiante con al menos un año de seguro facultativo, cursando la carrera de Administración o afin. Habilidades y aptitudes requeridas:  Inglés: Avanzado conversacional Disponibilidad Actitud de Servicio Lunes a Jueves: 8am - 6pm, Viernes: 8am - 3pm Se ofrece: Uso de comedor, transporte, uniforme y beca económica mensual ¿Su perfil podría corresponder a esta vacante?
