Technical customer interface Gain the customer trust and confidence participating in regular customer meetings and by delivering as expected by the customer Support the project manager for all technical customer communications Support the project manager to agree on the customer priorities for the technical topics Product development Manage development according to quality, cost and timing requirements by assuring effective Technical and Design Reviews, by orchestrating Engineering Gates (chairperson), Technical Management Meetings and Technical Committees and by supporting the system project manager as chairman during requirements control board meetings Manage change requests with the projects managers Arbitrate / orchestrate projects with all disciplines (system, software, system validation, mechanic, electronic, validation) Deliver monthly an updated planning (6 months for system, software and validation activities and 18 months for mechatronics activities) Apply the defined processes, methodologies and tools necessary to state of the art developments Lead technical escalations, issues from analysis to closure and report progress to customer Implement the Lessons Learned to improve the Standards and also in line with Discipline (system, software, system validation, mechatronic) standards Resources management  Define, agree and monitor with the project team and R&D management for resources management.
