Management & Competency Manages the HW team according to Valeo rules, plans team-mates career evolutions, provides them adequate trainings to develop their competence to cope with customers’ expectations/market trends/new technologies, identifies and develops internal HW competences according to market trends/new technologies Contribute to the recruitment of the members of her department Organizes the HW projects and manages the priorities, Reports the HW progress to the Electronics manager Leads activities of the HW designers located in Global Tech Centers  Participates to Valeo HW network for knowledge/know-how sharing Standardization & Robust Design Guarantees the quality of HW developments with deployment and application of HW methodology/best practices and with design review supervision Contribute and deploy standard HW block (eBB) Participates to the definition of supplier roadmaps for specific components in relation to the Purchasing department Process, Methodology, Tools, Equipment Standards deployment : Deploy standard HW development processes  Deploy Standards HW tools Optimize standard tools to bring efficiency Deploy Design to cost and design to manufacturing strategy. Ensure the full deployment of 5 axes methodology Introduce the LLCs    Budget Responsible of the Team Efficiency Plan and achievements  Quote solutions during RFQ and follow the execution within the budget Applying the Environment Safety and Security procedures and good practices; known for their activities and the activities of subcontractors the potential risks and their consequences. Be attentive and responsive to them and manage the associated action plans.
