Zakład Produkcji Systemów Oświetlenia w Chrzanowie wytwarza lampy tylne i przednie do samochodów osobowych przy zastosowaniu zaawansowanych technologii metalizacji, montażu oraz wtrysku tworzyw sztucznych. W związku z rozwojem nowych projektów, w Chrzanowie zostało otwarte nowoczesne Development Center, które skupiać się będzie na projektowaniu oraz produkcji innowacyjnych systemów oświetleniowych dedykowanych samochodom osobowym.  Obecnie dla Zakładu Produkcji Systemów Oświetlenia w Chrzanowie rekrutujemy na stanowisko  Kierownika Zmiany Produkcyjnej (obszar wtrysku). Do Twoich zadań należeć będzie: Zarządzanie Zespołem: Planowanie i organizacja pracy, prowadzenie ocen rocznych , motywowanie, szkolenie i egzekwowanie dyscypliny czasu pracy Wydajność Produkcji: Współtworzenie i realizacja planu produkcyjnego Lean & Optymalizacja : Wdrażanie i kierowanie standardami (np. 5S, TPM, SMED ).
