Le site Valeo de Mondeville est un centre R&D et de production spécialisé dans la conception et fabrication de capteurs (sondes de niveau d’huile, capteurs de Température / Pression/ Air admission / Position…). Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Qualité Site, vous supervisez l’équipe qualité production. Vous définissez le plan d’amélioration qualité de l’UAP pour atteindre la satisfaction client.  Vos challenges? Coordonner les activités de l’équipe qualité production Participer au QRQC UAP et Site et supporter les managers dans l’analyse des problématiques assignées dans les activités QRQC Suivre et mettre à jour les indicateurs qualité Réaliser des audits sur le terrain et identifier les actions associées en cas de déviation Participer à l’analyse des problèmes et assigner des activités  Assurer le respect du “Arrêt au 1er défaut” / “Arrêt au 1er non” Assurer le respect des standards Valeo (4M, plan de contrôle, QRAP, …) et Clients Participer à l’éradication des problèmes clients et des incidents qualité Réaliser la révision des plans de contrôle et mettre à jour les documents qualité suite à un changement lié au processus A l’autorité pour arrêter la production en cas de déviation aux standards sécurité, qualité ayant un risque pour les opérateurs ou le client Parlons de vous… Issu d’une formation en qualité ou expérience équivalente  Votre capacité à travailler en équipe est indispensable  Vous avez un profil de terrain Vous êtes reconnus comme un(e) “bon(ne) communicant(e)” Anglais professionnel souhaité  Acteur de progrès, vous êtes force de proposition  Vous souhaitez élargir votre domaine de compétences Job: Quality - Operations Operational Organization: Quality Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Regular Job Type: Undefined term Job Posting Date: 2025-03-26 Join Us !
