Les centres d’excellence (CoE) R&D DSIS du Groupe sont chargés de la livraison de bout en bout des solutions numériques et des services SI liés au domaine de l’ingénierie, de la vision au déploiement et au support. Nous recrutons un / une CoE ALM Solution Manager : Vous managez une équipe internationale afin de délivrer des applications et des services de haute qualité, essentiels pour nos équipes R&D Software et Système. Vos missions : Manager une équipe internationale et dynamique : budget, plan de charge, développement des compétences, carrière… Définir la vision stratégique ALM et les feuilles de route associées, en pilotant la planification, le budget et les ressources. Prendre en charge les nouvelles demandes métiers : analyse, priorisation et cadrage des besoins avec les parties prenantes. Pilotage des projets (études, validation, déploiement), accompagnement au changement et évaluation de la valeur créée. Assurer la continuité digitale au niveau du CoE et de la DSIS : piloter et soutenir la stratégie d’intégration ALM, son déploiement, ainsi que la définition et diffusion des bonnes pratiques auprès des équipes. Promouvoir la transition à la méthode SAFEAgile, actuellement mise en œuvre pour l'ensemble du centre d'excellence. À propos de vous : Expérience en management d'équipe dans une approche inclusive et collaborative. Expérience avérée en gestion de budgets et de portefeuilles multi-projets IT. Capacité à définir des roadmaps et à piloter toutes les phases projets (du besoin au déploiement). Bonne connaissance des solutions ALM (Codebeamer est un atout). Maîtrise des méthodes Agile, SAFe, DevSecOps. Forte adaptabilité au changement et esprit orienté amélioration continue. Solides compétences en coordination, communication et gouvernance projet.
