Situé en Eure et Loir entre les villes du Mans et de Chartres et à moins de deux heures de Paris, notre site de Nogent le Rotrou et ses 300 collaborateurs accompagnent nos clients dans la production de systèmes de climatisation et d'aide au stationnement pour les véhicules légers. Nous intervenons plus particulièrement sur les groupes de chauffage/climatisation et les détecteurs d'obstacles par ultrasons (capteurs). Au sein de notre équipe de méthodistes projets, vous gérez l'ingénierie des nouvelles pièces en plastique, des moules et des processus jusqu'à la mise en service au sein d'un secteur de presses à injection fortement automatisées / présence de nombreux robots. Vos challenges : Concevoir la fabrication d'une pièce en plastique, d'un moule et d'un processus conformément aux règles du système de production Valeo. Analyser les nouveaux produits afin d'intégrer de nouveaux composants Valider la conception des moules 3D pour l'acceptation de la disposition et des études de moules. Évaluer les outilleurs (actuels ou nouveaux) et leur enseigner les normes Valeo. Capitaliser sur les retours d'information de la production et des fournisseurs pour mettre en place des actions correctives et préventives (répartition des coûts, résolution des problèmes, dépannage...).
