Mission : Describe the principal mission of the position  Coordination of each function in order to set up and maintain a Quality System in accordance with Automotive industry referentials ISO, IATF, AIAG, VDA, ASPICE… Training & certification of internal auditors to the VAQ2102 standard Responsibilities : Responsible to coordinate the creation and the maintenance of the Quality System with regards IATF 16949 requirements Organize Quality System Audits in accordance with the Audit schedule Ensure readiness to ISO, IATF, VDA, customer (re-)certification audits and accordingly perform adequate pre-audits Perform any other internal audits (Process audits – project audits, StEDE…) allowing to detect and highlight discrepancies vs. the standard Prepare the Quality System Management review – providing deployment status to the management staff  Audit the V5000 self-assessment for Total Quality axe Train people on process audit and certify them as assistant PQA auditors and train internal ISO/TS auditors. Ensure Internal Procedure/Policy are in line with Customer and Automotive industry requirement Monitor conformance by audit, as Management representative Coordinate IMS Activity Perform Quality reporting (Reliability, coherence, transparency) Organize self-assessments & pre-audits for customer audits (MMOG, Supplier Health Check, QSB+ etc.) Support the coordination of the Systemic Recovery Plan Ensure that the customer portals can be accessed for each customer which has a supplier portal, and that monthly reviews of the Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) are done, and any changes in the CSR is communicated to project & operational team members.
