Pour relever ces défis, le site d'Etaples-sur-Mer recrute un(e) Infirmier(e) de santé au travail. Niveau 1: Suivre les dossiers santé des salariés de l'entreprise en étroite collaboration avec le médecin du travail (réaliser les visites médicales d’information et de prévention déléguées par le médecin du travail), Intervenir pour mettre en place les premiers soins dans le cas d'incident ou d'accident et gestion administrative des AT et MP, Etre force de proposition afin d'améliorer la santé au travail,  Participer à l'amélioration des conditions de travail au sein de l'entreprise,  Participer à différentes groupes de travail d'amélioration en ergonomie, prévention , Participer à toutes les démarches de prévention (CSSCT, ), et de communication santé, Bien être Suivre les distributions de certains équipements de protection individuel/tenues de travail, Gestion de l'infirmerie (commandes de matériel médical/paramédical, tenue de la pharmacie et des réapprovisionnements des boites à pharmacie, suivi du traitement des déchets septiques du Service de Santé au Travail...) Niveau 2: Référent handicap du site avec la gestion du budget, montage des dossiers AGEFIPH, suivi des dossiers des salariés en situation de handicap, participation à la réalisation de la DOETH, participation aux réunions mensuelles Groupe, organisation d’événements et réalisation de communication autour du handicap, Formateur / Support du service HSE sur les sujets Santé et Sécurité (Réseau des Sauveteurs secouristes, Ergonomie, Safety 1st, Sensikit…) Profil candidat :  Titulaires d'un diplôme d'état d'infirmier, complété idéalement d'un DUST de Santé au Travail ou d'une licence professionnelle en Santé au Travail.  Connaître et savoir utiliser les logiciels informatiques.  Job: Nurse Organization: Site HSE Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Regular Job Type: Undefined term Job Posting Date: 2024-12-16 Join Us !
