Valeo recrute pour son Site de Sainte Florine (550 collaborateurs), spécialisé dans la diminution des consommations de carburant (injection, allumage, EVC), la dépollution (vannes & modules EGR, doseurs d’air) et l’électronique (MEP, CMS, HEPS, Powerbracket, DCDC), un(e) Superviseur de production de nuit en CDI . Vos challenges ? Vous êtes le référent de nuit et représentez la direction auprès de l’ensemble des équipes de production sur le site. Vous assurez l'application et le respect des règles de santé, sécurité et environnement au sein de votre équipe et vous encouragez la détection des risques. Vous veillez au respect de l'ensemble des standards de travail (sécurité, consignes de travail, qualité, 5S, respect du produit, OK démarrage…) pendant les opérations et proposez/mettez en œuvre des améliorations.  Vous assurez la liaison avec les fonctions de support afin d'assurer les actions d'amélioration et la résolution des problèmes.  Vous encadrez le personnel de nuit et gérez au quotidien le présentiel et l'absentéisme Rejoignez-nous !
