We are looking for a VIE Warranty Engineer for 12 months within the team. Your challenges? You analyze returned parts from the field, following Valeo’s warranty part analysis procedures and respecting timing commitments.   You update warranty return samples in the RED box and ensure proper tracking according to project requirements.   You interface with OEMs, dealers, and end users to collect field data and support warranty concerns.   You present warranty status and analysis results clearly to customers and stakeholders.   You define warranty liability by technically analyzing parts and reaching agreement with customers on Valeo’s responsibility.   You perform statistical analysis on customer warranty data to identify trends, risks, and potential quality or cost issues.   You escalate risks or critical issues promptly to management and relevant teams.   You communicate findings and feedback effectively across cross-functional teams, proposing solutions based on analysis.   Let’s talk about you… You are graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field You already have experience in warranty analysis, field failure analysis, or quality engineering in the automotive or manufacturing industry You have a fluent level of English (Japanese or French is a plus) You have good communication skills, have an international mindset, and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking You are humble, a good listener, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have a sense of diplomacy Experience with statistical analysis tools, Six Sigma, or quality management systems is a plus Please, don't forget to apply in English to facilitate the process with our managers.  Why Valeo?
