Auf internationalem Parkett produzieren und entwickeln wir Spitzentechnologie und gestalten so die Zukunft des Automobils.  Demnächst vielleicht gemeinsam mit Ihnen?  Diese Herausforderungen erwarten Dich Verantwortung für die strategische Layoutplanung im Werk Wemding Schulung der Mitarbeiter in den Methoden und Werkzeugen des Valeo Produktionssystems Projektleitung bei der Implementierung von Methoden und Werkzeugen des Valeo Produktionssystems Methodische Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Umsetzung neuer VPS-Tools Auditierung der Anwendung von Werkzeugen und Methoden des Valeo Produktionssystems Moderator und Methodengeber in Lean Investment Workshops Monatliches KPI Reporting in Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktionsbereichen Unterstützung im V5000 Audit (Valeo intern) und Umsetzung der Aufgaben in der Produktionssystem-Achse einschließlich Reporting   Sind Sie bereit dafür? Ausbildung zum Techniker / Meister (m/w/d) oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Lean Management Erfahrung im Valeo bzw. Toyota Produktionssystem Gutes Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe und –zusammenhänge Gute PC-Kenntnisse Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Organisationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsstärke Warum Valeo?
