You Will Identify production equipment and fixture requirements, prepare technical specifications, and lead procurement, installation, and commissioning activities. Monitor and continuously improve process team performance. Act as the main industrial contributor in P1 projects and manage all related industrial deliverables. Conduct investment and cost analyses for new equipment and production line installations. Lead and prepare PFMEA, process flow charts, work instructions, Level 1 maintenance plans, and all required industrial documentation. Optimize and reduce non–value-added activities, consumables, cycle time, and OEE losses on production lines. Contribute to projects focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and manufacturing process improvements. Support manufacturing teams in achieving OEE and QCD performance targets. You Are A graduate in Mechanical, Mechatronics,Electrical/Electronics, or Automotive Engineering. Experienced with 5  years in developing new automated assembly lines within the automotive industry, preferably in a Tier 1 supplier environment. Equipped with team management experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities. A strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. A strong team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Free from international travel restrictions and open to global mobility when required.
