Job Purpose: Animate & build procurement strategy for manufacture related categories in The Chuan and HLM while ensuring pro-efficient collaboration with global procurement teams . Responsible for manufacture related category sourcing, negotiation, pitch process, contracting, performance review and supplier management. Contribute savings and cost avoidance without compromising quality and delivery timeline. Ensure compliance of procurement related processes, methods, and systems with procurement standards Contribute to the reporting process and analyze with respect to the procurement key performance indicators Contract management to secure Cooperate interests without law abuse. Being contact window for Global cooperation projects to demonstrate China professional procurement reputation Being ready to support critical programs along with cooperate business dynamic changing and development. Qualifications / Experience/Skills: More than 6 years of procurement experience in manufacture related categories, well-trained in multinational company University bachelor or plus degree with fluent in written and verbal English Excellent presentation and analysis skills with PPT/excel, Power BI is nice to have Strong communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational skills and proven project management capability Service and quality delivery mindset, and intensive experience within cross-functional coordination Strong ownership and quick learning ability.
