Tehetséggondozási és szervezetfejlesztési folyamatok koordinálása, a vezetők támogatása bevezetésükben. Képzési igények felmérése, képzési terv készítése, valamint onboarding folyamatok felügyelete. Munkavállalói elköteleződést és jólétet támogató programok megvalósítása és fejlesztési tervek kidolgozása. Részvétel a munkavállalói kapcsolatok és szakszervezeti egyeztetések kezelésében.
