Vos missions clés ? Manager son équipe et piloter la mise en place du perfect store dans son périmètre.  Manager, coacher et former son équipe : Obtenir l’adhésion de ses collaborateurs à la stratégie, aux objectifs et aux valeurs de l’Entreprise ; Faire monter en compétences ses collaborateurs grâce à un accompagnement et un coaching réguliers ; Motiver, animer, évaluer, créer un esprit d’équipe ; Participer aux recrutements avec la DRH ; Identifier, préparer et recommander les évolutions de carrière. Promouvoir les valeurs de PR France (Diversité, Inclusion, Convivialité). Piloter la mise en place du perfect store et de la proposition de valeur par son équipe et être garant de la qualité d'exécution en point-de-vente (RPVA). Définir une stratégie d’équipe (qualification, prospection, visibilité, activation, plan de tournée) en respectant la politique commerciale. Assurer la réalisation des objectifs valeur/points de la DZ et de l’entreprise.  Assurer le respect des budgets et des moyens de l’équipe pour en optimiser l’efficacité. Recommander son budget : examiner la rentabilité des investissements commerciaux, identifier les actions commerciales susceptibles de générer davantage de retour sur investissement (à court et à long terme) et leur allouer le budget. Être ambassadeur de Pernod Ricard et de ses marques dans le cadre d’un comportement responsable. Mettre en œuvre la stratégie digitale en utilisant les outils digitaux.    Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description ci-dessous, n’hésitez pas à postuler !
