Obecnie dla Centrum Usług Wspólnych w Skawinie rekrutujemy na stanowisko Staż w Dziale Finansowym - AR  Do twoich zadań należeć będzie: Wspieranie zespołu w codziennych zadaniach; Rozliczanie płatności przychodzących od klientów, Wystawianie faktur sprzedażowych, Prowadzenie korespondencji z klientami; Bieżąca wysyłka faktur i innej dokumentacji księgowej do klientów i innych partnerów biznesowych; Przygotowywanie dokumentacji dla Urzędu Celnego zgodnie z wewnętrznymi procedurami; Tworzenie raportów miesięcznych; Dostarczanie dokumentacji pomocniczej do audytów; Utrzymywanie dobrych relacji z wewnętrznymi oraz zewnętrznymi partnerami biznesowymi. Dołącz do naszego zespołu, jeśli: Jesteś Absolwentem/tką studiów I-ego lub II-ego stopnia lub aktualnym studentem/tką II-V roku (Finanse, Rachunkowość, Ekonomia oraz pokrewne kierunki); Posiadasz komunikatywną znajomość języka angielskiego; Dobrze znasz MS Office; Sumienność, dokładność i proaktywność to twoje mocne strony Jesteś dyspozycyjny/na 4-5 dni w tygodniu (w tym konieczność pracy z biura 2 dni w tygodniu).
