As a Product Owner in AI4ALL, you are not just managing a product — you are leading the transformation of a Valeo department or discipline through the power of generative AI. You will drive your assigned department’s AI transformation journey, overseeing its use cases, work packages, and process evolution. You will learn deeply about this department — its workflows, challenges, and improvement areas — and act as the owner of its digital change, ensuring that every AI tool you help deliver truly impacts how people work. You will also listen to feedback from the floor, capture user pain points, and continuously enhance the developed tools to make their needs come to life. Your mission is to bridge technology and people, ensuring AI adoption is both meaningful and sustainable.   Responsibilities Lead the AI transformation of a Valeo discipline or department together with the Product Manager. Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that user stories and features align with business priorities. Define clear and detailed user stories, including acceptance criteria, for development teams. Collaborate and contribute to the Vision and Roadmap Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and development priorities. Contribute to release planning, coordinating with development teams to deliver product increments. Work closely with quality assurance and teams to ensure that user stories are thoroughly tested. Identify and manage risks related to development and delivery timelines. Collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate technical requirements effectively. Autonomously supporting the Team in Delivering product of Value Achieve Business/Customer objectives and Product Improvement roadmap Promote a culture of innovation and encourage teams to embrace AI-driven workflows. E ducation/Training Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Professional Experience Technical Experience Several years of hands-on software development experience Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts Proven ability to lead transformation or digitalization projects Familiarity with prompt engineering and generative AI use cases Understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) A good understanding of business principles and the ability to align product goals with overall business objectives. A fundamental understanding of software development with experience in coding, debugging, and understanding the software development life cycle. Exposure to create clear and concise requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ability to analyze data, user feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions. User-Centric Mindset, Focus on understanding and representing user needs in product development. Knowledge or hands-on development experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) is a plus Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is a plus   Interpersonal Skills Strong communication skills to effectively convey product vision, requirements, and updates to development teams and stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management skills — able to align diverse teams, gather input, resolve conflicts, and ensure clear communication across all levels. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and Quality Assurance. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and evolving project dynamics. Understanding how to gather and interpret customer feedback to improve the product. Basic knowledge of prototyping tools and Presentations to visualize and communicate product features. Demonstrating leadership potential and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
