As we embark on a major ERP migration, our Supply Planning team, including Copacking, is embracing change and needs your drive to maintain excellence during this period of transformation. Your Mission As our Supply & Copacking Planner Intern , you will support cross-functional teams and external partners to orchestrate seamless supply operations and copacking activities. You will bring your entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and always-on mindset to help deliver operational continuity and efficient project support. Supply Planning (60%) Forecast to Flow : Using Anaplan DDPRM, translate demand forecasts for a specific portfolio segment into optimized supply plans that balance with customer needs. Execution Excellence : Handle order entry, chase proactively, and ensure customer service can invoice in ERP. Inventory Management : Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, avoid overstock or stockouts. Align with inventory policies: safety stock, reorder points. Identify blocked stock and coordinate clearance actions. Logistics & Copacking (40%) Trade Activation to Production : Convert trade marketing actions into detailed repack and display plans with the 3PL, ensuring sales readiness. End‑to‑End Coordination : Issue and track repack/display orders, liaise with 3PL on execution and reception. Reporting Support : Assist in “Repack invoice reporting” tasks and inbound logistics tracking, keeping the control tower updated with real-time data and ERP reception status. What You Bring Entrepreneurial & Accountable : You take ownership and stretch beyond your remit to make things better for the team and PR Benelux. Collaborative Spirit : You thrive working with internal stakeholders (Customer Service, Master Data, Finance, Sales & Marketing) and external partners (3PLs, carriers, HQ, Brand Owners, suppliers). Proactive Ally : You bring ideas, not just energy, you're the sounding board and advisor for operational improvements. You, the Candidate Master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain. Prior experience in supply planning or operations (internship). Advanced Excel proficiency. Positive mindset and a willingness to learn fast in a fast-moving environment.
