Twoja Misja i Zakres Obowiązków Jako Inżynier Jakości z wiedzą fotometryczną będziesz kluczową osobą na styku rozwoju nowych projektów i produkcji seryjnej łącząc kontrolę jakości z optymalizacją procesów, aby zapewnić zgodność naszych produktów z wymogami regulacyjnymi. Nadzór i analiza fotometryczna: Wykonywanie i weryfikacja poprawności testów fotometrycznych lamp zgodnie z normami (np. ECE, SAE) na linii produkcyjnej i w tunelu świetlnym. Analiza przyczyn źródłowych problemów jakościowych związanych z fotometrią i definiowanie akcji korygujących. Zbieranie danych statystycznych i wykorzystywanie ich do obniżania braków wewnętrznych. Wsparcie produkcji i Klienta: Aktywne wspieranie produkcji w analizie i rozwiązywaniu bieżących problemów jakościowych związanych z fotometrią oraz udział w rozwiązywaniu reklamacji od klientów i koordynowanie działań Prowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu jakości dla operatorów produkcji. Czego od Ciebie oczekujemy (Profil Idealny) Poszukujemy osoby z doświadczeniem w obszarze optyki i/lub fotometrii lub inżyniera z silnym zacięciem do rozwiązywania problemów, gotowego intensywnie rozwijać się w zagadnieniach optyki i fotometrii. Wykształcenie: Wyższe techniczne (np. Inżynieria Produkcji, Optometria, Fizyka Techniczna, Mechatronika lub pokrewne). Doświadczenie: Doświadczenie na stanowisku Inżyniera Jakości lub Specjalisty ds. fotometrii, najlepiej w środowisku produkcyjnym, gdzie kluczowym parametrem jest fotometria/optyka. Wiedza: Praktyczna znajomość zagadnień fotometrii i optyki (np. pomiar natężenia światła, luminancji, rozkładu światła). Znajomość narzędzi i metodyk jakościowych (np. MSA, Plany Kontroli, 8D, QRQC). Znajomość norm i standardów fotometrycznych (ECE, SAE) będzie dużym atutem. Co Oferujemy Stabilne zatrudnienie w firmie o ugruntowanej pozycji na rynku.
