Un rôle clé au cœur des opérations industrielles de Pernod Ricard France. Pernod Ricard France recherche son Directeur de Site Industriel pour piloter un site stratégique à Lille, regroupant des activités de production de spiritueux et une plateforme logistique servant nos clients en France et à l’international. Ce poste combine responsabilité opérationnelle, performance industrielle, management d’équipes et pilotage financier dans un environnement exigeant et concret. Missions principales 1. Sécurité et conformité Garantir la sécurité des personnes et la conformité réglementaire du site. Faire appliquer les politiques internes et la réglementation pour prévenir les accidents. Mener des audits réguliers et assurer une amélioration continue des pratiques de sécurité. 2. Management des équipes Encadrer, former et évaluer une équipe d’encadrants (6 personnes, environ 50 collaborateurs au total). Donner du sens, fixer des objectifs clairs et assurer la performance collective. Maintenir un climat de travail solide, fondé sur la rigueur et la responsabilité. 3. Production et logistique Superviser la production, la planification, la gestion des stocks et la distribution. Garantir la qualité, la traçabilité et la conformité des opérations, y compris douanières. Optimiser les processus pour renforcer la productivité et la fiabilité du service client. 4. Excellence opérationnelle et amélioration continue Mettre en œuvre les outils d’amélioration continue du Groupe (Lean, Six Sigma, XO). Développer la performance du site en lien avec les objectifs de Pernod Ricard France. Suivre les actions RSE du site avec pragmatisme et sens des priorités industrielles. 5. Gestion économique et investissements Élaborer et suivre les budgets d’exploitation et d’investissement (CAPEX). Piloter la performance financière du site et assurer le respect des objectifs fixés. Garantir la rentabilité et l’efficacité des projets industriels engagés. 6. Projets opérationnels et supply chain Conduire des projets d’optimisation supply chain et d’organisation à l’échelle du site ou d’autres sites Pernod Ricard. Profil recherché Formation supérieure type Ingénieur ou équivalent Bac+5 15 ans d’expérience minimum dans la gestion d’un site industriel, idéalement dans l’agroalimentaire ou les spiritueux Solides compétences en production, logistique, amélioration continue et gestion budgétaire Bonne connaissance des outils de pilotage industriel (ERP, MES, WMS) Pratique confirmée du management direct et du pilotage de projets industriels Très bon niveau d'anglais Ce que nous offrons Un poste à fort impact opérationnel dans un groupe international reconnu.
