Brand education and mentoring experience 40% Advocate as an Ambassadorial role, host event/mentoring/training activities based on activation plan & customer needs Assist Brand team on developing assets and tools of Drinking strategy/mentoring format/tasting notes/drinking rituals/ VIPs engagement experience Recruit & convert Key influencers and HWNIs through trial & brand education, with deep understanding of HWNIs/luxury VIPs insight Responsible for observing and reporting new trends in the industry and competitor activities to the Brand Teams, in particular by maintaining a social media monitoring of Red Breast & Irish Malts & Craft Malts and relevant trends, and following offline category consumption trends Business development and new opportunity sourcing 60% Uncover consumer insights on target audience behaviors, preferences and unmet needs for Red Breast & Irish Malts & Craft Malts, and develop brand plans and campaign ideas aligned with brand strategy. Lead the implementation and execution of brand plans and campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure full delivery of activities, and evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives by KPIs such as brand equity metrics and sales conversion.
