Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Köln suchen wir zum 01.02.2026 eine*n Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) Eventmanagement für 12-24 Monate. Deine Aufgaben Du supportest im Bereich Experiential Marketing & Advocacy durch Übernahme von (Teil-) Projekten z.B. im Rahmen von Events, Festivals & Messen  Du unterstützt das Team DEA (Department Experience & Advocacy ) im Tagesgeschäft, Erstellung von Reportings, Newslettern, Meetings, Mitbewerberanalysen, externe Kooperationsanfragen Administrativer Support bei den Touchpoints Brand Education & Advocacy und Brand Activation in enger Kooperation mit den DEA Coordinatoren Du unterstützt im Bereich von POS Tools & Logistikprozessen Du organisierst & buchst Brand Home Trips Du erstellst Präsentationen und recherchierst im Vorfeld entsprechend Du unterstützt das Team bei administrativen Prozessen im Bereich Budget Management Dein Profil Erfolgreicher Abschluss des ersten Studienabschnitts im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit dem Studienschwerpunkt Marketing/Event oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket Interesse & Erfahrungen im FMCG-Umfeld, Eventmanagement & Gastronomie sind von Vorteil Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Auffassungsgabe und ein hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz Selbstständiges Arbeiten mit hoher Lösungsorientierung Dein Wohnort zur Ausübung dieses Jobs sollte Köln und/oder Umgebung sein Was wir bieten Smart Working: Entfalte Dein volles Potenzial, indem Du dort arbeitest, wo Du mit Deinem Team am produktivsten bist!
