Jako Activity Quality Manager staniesz się strategicznym liderem odpowiedzialnym za synergię standardów Grupy Valeo z wymaganiami globalnych producentów OEM. Kluczowe obszary odpowiedzialności: Strategiczne Wdrażanie: Implementacja i egzekwowanie globalnych standardów jakości Grupy Valeo. Relacje z Klientem: Pełnienie roli „Twarzy Valeo” w kontaktach z Klientami OEM oraz budowanie partnerskich relacji. Zarządzanie Audytami: Koordynacja i skuteczne prowadzenie audytów zewnętrznych oraz wewnętrznych. Liderowanie Zespołowi: Mentoring i rozwój kompetencji Inżynierów Jakości oraz promowanie kultury ciągłego doskonalenia. Zarządzanie Zmianą: Nadzór nad procesami zmian (Change Management) i odstępstwami zgodnie z rygorystycznymi procedurami. Rozwiązywanie Problemów: Strategiczne zarządzanie reklamacjami oraz procesami korekcyjnymi. Twój profil: Doświadczenie: Minimum 5 lat pracy w obszarze jakości w branży automotive (warunek konieczny). Wykształcenie: Wyższe techniczne (inżynierskie). Wiedza Merytoryczna: Praktyczna znajomość standardów IATF 16949 oraz VDA 6.3 . Narzędzia Jakościowe: Biegłość w stosowaniu: FMEA, SPC, MSA, PDCA/FTA, 8D. Języki Obce: Płynna znajomość języka angielskiego (codzienna współpraca z globalnymi strukturami i Klientem). Kompetencje Miękkie: Zdolności managerskie, analityczne myślenie oraz silna orientacja na wyniki.
