We are looking for a System Validation Technical Project Manager to lead Verification and Validation (V&V) activities at the system level for cutting-edge autonomous driving technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of system validation strategies, including SIL, HIL, and in-vehicle test environments. As the owner of QCT (Quality, Cost, Time) performance in the validation domain, you will collaborate closely with global development teams and act as a key interface for customer-related validation topics. ■ Responsibilities Define, execute, and manage the overall System Validation sub-project strategy and progress Plan and manage validation resources (personnel, tools, environments, and budget) to deliver high-quality results aligned with customer milestones Lead cross-functional testing teams, including System Test Leads and Integration Leads Continuously define, review, and improve test strategies and validation processes ■Business Trip There will be business trips to Tsukuba 1–2 times per week. ■ Requirements 10+ years of experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budget control Practical experience in System Verification and Validation (V&V) Strong knowledge of test strategy development and process implementation Experience with risk-based testing and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) Familiarity with process models such as ASPICE Japanese: Native level /English :Business level  ■ Preferred Qualifications Prior experience or deep understanding of the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) domain ■Others Team structure: 10 members Job: R&D Team Leader/Architect Organization: Engineering System Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Regular Job Type: Permanent contract Job Posting Date: 2025-10-29 Join Us !
