We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies. ■ ポジション概要 ADAS／自動運転（AD）機能におけるレーダーおよび超音波センサー技術を対象としたシステムバリデーション活動のリーダーを募集します。 システム検証の戦略立案から実行・評価、課題解決まで一貫してリードし、開発・品質・統合チームと連携して高品質なシステム納品を実現することがミッションとなります。 ■ 業務内容 バリデーションロードマップの作成・管理 システムバリデーションおよびデバッグ バリデーション領域の技術オーナーとして、検証エンジニアをリード 開発／統合／品質チームとのクロスファンクショナルな連携 顧客向け報告・リスク管理・課題対応を含めたプロジェクト管理 マイルストーン、KPI、成果物の進捗管理と品質担保 ■応募条件 電気工学、コンピュータ工学、メカトロニクス等の学士または修士号 日本語・英語ともにビジネス～上級レベル レーダー & 超音波センサー アプリケーション知識（Radar & Ultrasonic Application Knowledge）： 　- レーダーおよび超音波センサーの動作原理、制約事項、性能特性（検出範囲、角度分解能、遅延、堅牢性など）を理解する   - 信号処理、物体検出、追跡、分類に関する知識を活かし、アプリケーション開発に応用する    - レーダー／超音波センサーを活用したADAS（先進運転支援システム）／AD（自動運転）アプリケーションの設計、検証、最適化に貢献する    - センサー出力をシステムレベルの機能へと変換するため、機能開発チームと密接に連携する    - センサーレベルのKPIおよびアプリケーションレベルの性能をカバーする**包括的なバリデーション（検証）**を実施する   - 以下のような車載通信プロトコルに関する技術的知識を応用する： LIN、CAN / CAN FD、Ethernet、SPI、デイジーチェーン接続、ポイント・ツー・ポイント通信 ■ 歓迎スキル・経験 自動車業界におけるシステムValidation経験 5年以上 V字開発モデル・アジャイル開発手法の理解 Python、CAPL、Robot Frameworkなどを用いたテスト自動化経験 CANoe, CANape, dSPACE, ETAS等の検証ツールの使用経験 ADAS／自動運転システムのバリデーションフレームワークでの実務経験 ISO 26262, ASPICEなどの品質・安全規格に関する知識 JenkinsやGitLab CI/CDなどの継続的インテグレーション／テストシステムの知識 グローバルOEMまたはティア1サプライヤーとの協業経験 ■チーム構成： 10名ほど ■ Position Overview We are seeking a System Validation Leader for radar and ultrasonic sensor technologies used in ADAS and Autonomous Driving (AD) functions. The mission of this role is to lead the end-to-end system validation process from strategy planning through execution, evaluation, and issue resolution while collaborating with development, quality, and integration teams to ensure high-quality system delivery. ■ Responsibilities Create and manage the validation roadmap Conduct system validation and debugging Lead validation engineers as the technical owner in the validation domain Work cross-functionally with development, integration, and quality teams Manage projects including customer reporting, risk management, and issue resolution Monitor progress and ensure quality of milestones, KPIs, and deliverables ■ Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in system validation within the automotive industry Business to advanced level proficiency in both Japanese and English Radar & Ultrasonic Application Knowledge:   -Understand the working principles, limitations, and performance characteristics of Radar and Ultrasonic sensors.   -Apply knowledge of signal processing, object detection, tracking, and classification for application development.  -Contribute to the design, validation, and optimization of ADAS/AD applications based on Radar/Ultrasonics  -Work closely with function development teams to translate sensor outputs into system-level features.  - Ensure validation covers both sensor-level KPIs (detection range, angular resolution, latency, robustness) and application-level performance.  - Apply technical knowledge of in-vehicle communication protocols: LIN, CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, SPI, Daisy Chain, and Point-to-Point communication. ■ Preferred Skills and Experience Understanding of the V-model and Agile development methodologies Experience in test automation using tools such as Python, CAPL, or Robot Framework Hands-on experience with validation tools such as CANoe, CANape, dSPACE, ETAS, etc. Practical experience with validation frameworks for ADAS or autonomous driving systems Knowledge of quality and safety standards such as ISO 26262 and ASPICE Familiarity with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD Experience working with global OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers ■Team Structure: Approximately 10 members Job: R&D Team Leader/Architect Organization: Ranging Sensors R&D Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Regular Job Type: Permanent contract Job Posting Date: 2025-10-15 Join Us !
