Atividade: Contato receptivo e ativo via telefone, chat e WhatsApp Realizar atendimento identificando a necessidade do cliente e solucionando os seus questionamentos Atuação em protocolos administrativos e backoffice Registrar os atendimentos através de sistemas interno Acompanhar e sugerir melhorias de sistemas e processos. Pré requisitos: Ensino Médio Completo Experiência com atendimento ao cliente será um diferencial Ter resiliência, empatia e pró atividade Gostar de trabalhar em equipe Conhecimento do Pacote Office.
