Position Key Responsibilities Distribute cards, and collect KYC of the authorized individuals, ensuring we comply with mandatory compliance regulations Onboard clients to our Payroll portal and conduct a Corporate VAS Training presentation to Payroll and welfare team Onboard cardholders to our app, educate them about the products and services along with the proper usage of the card Financial inclusion training for cardholders to onboard new users to the C3Pay app and assist cardholders with day-to-day issues related to their card or mobile app (money transfer, mobile top up, bill payments, insurance) Remittance visits on salary days to assist cardholders to transfer money through C3Pay App. Assisting cardholders with generating their ATM pin Marketing campaigns and promotions for C3Pay Product service awareness, such as award ceremonies at employee residences, musical events, games. Conduct fraud awareness trainings at employee residence REQUIRED SKILLS AND PROFILE Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline/High School Diploma Demonstrable experience as a field officer in any banking product Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills Multi-language speaker (English, Hindi, Urdu) Microsoft Office Skills Flexible in timing Driving license is preferable Profile Young and fit Polite and patient Apply now and Vibe with Us!
