Nous cherchons pour un CDI une personne rigoureuse et curieuse, qui aime comprendre ce qu’elle fait, partager ce qu’elle apprend et surtout distribuer sa bonne énergie. Votre mission Rattaché(e) à l’un de nos chefs d’équipe, vous assurerez la conduite et le bon fonctionnement des lignes d’embouteillage et de conditionnement de boissons sans alcool et de spiritueux. Préparer et alimenter les lignes en articles de conditionnement. Régler et piloter les machines (dépalettiseur, tireuse, étiqueteuse, encaisseuse, etc.) en veillant à la qualité du produit fini. Effectuer la maintenance de premier niveau. Procéder aux changements de formats. Réaliser les autocontrôles et suivre les relevés de côtes. Tenir à jour les documents de production. Participer à l’amélioration continue : 5S, relevés d’écarts, analyses 5P, idées d’optimisation… Contribuer à la bonne dynamique de l’équipe en communiquant clairement et positivement. Vous aimez comprendre, observer, questionner ; pas juste exécuter ; apprendre plusieurs machines, s’adapter aux formats, aux équipes, aux variations de volume. Une rigueur sans faille sur l’hygiène, la sécurité et la qualité. Profil recherché Formation type BTS électrotechnique, maintenance, production industrielle ou équivalent. Expérience confirmée en industrie agroalimentaire, pharmaceutique, cosmétique, conditionnement de produits. Goût pour la polyvalence et la progression continue, notions en Lean Manufacturing.
