Pernod Ricard France recherche un(e) Conducteur(trice) de Machine pour rejoindre l’équipe Conditionnement de son usine de Marseille dans un contexte dynamique de forte transformation. Missions principales : Assurer l’alimentation des lignes en articles de conditionnement. Assurer les réglages et le pilotage des machines de mise en bouteille et d’emballage en veillant à leur bon fonctionnement et à la qualité du produit fini. Réaliser les actions de maintenance de premier niveau, les contrôles qualité périodiques et documenter les rapports de production. Assurer les tâches de nettoyage de l’outil de production. Participer activement aux initiatives d'amélioration continue. Profil recherché : Vous avez une première expérience de la conduite d’équipements en industrie agroalimentaire, cosmétique, pharmaceutique ou secteurs proches. Bonnes connaissances en électrotechnique, automatisme et familiarité avec les technologies de détection (cellules, capteurs). Aisance avec les outils numériques (PDA, écrans tactiles) pour piloter les machines et renseigner les données de production. Aptitude à travailler en équipe et excellentes compétences en communication. Capacité d'analyse, de prise d’initiative et de résolution de problèmes. Fort engagement envers les principes de qualité, de sécurité et d’environnement.
