Les principales missions : Gestion des demandes entrantes (Direct tel, web, plateforme référencement) Réalisation des devis Négociation envoi des offres et suivi dossiers Coordination et planification de l’évènement Gestion des fiches de fonctions et transmission des informations aux équipes opérationnelles Action démarchage commerciale Accueil client Compétences Compétences complètes pack office Sens de l’organisation, gestion des priorités, prise d’initiative dans une activité dynamique et soutenue Goût du travail en équipe, fortes capacités collaboratives. Force de proposition, curiosité intellectuelle, ouverture d'esprit Très bon relationnel, dynamisme, Intégrité, sens éthique et esthétique Très bonne élocution et capacité rédactionnelle La sensibilité à la culture Anis et à l'histoire des anisés serait un plus.
