YOU WILL VIBE WITH US We are looking for a Demand Manager with solid experience in ERP projects (preferably Oracle Fusion or Microsoft Dynamics) and a strong focus on finance processes . The role will act as the primary point of contact between Tech and Finance stakeholders, building strong relationships with Finance leadership and ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional IT solutions. He/she will be in charge of: Act as the Tech point of contact for Finance stakeholders, building trustful and long-lasting relationships; Gather, analyze, and translate Finance requirements into clear technical specifications to be implemented by development teams; Lead and coordinate ERP projects related to Finance functionalities, ensuring alignment with IT architecture and business priorities. Work closely with both internal Tech teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle (requirements, design, implementation, testing, go-live). Monitor and report on the portfolio of Finance-related ERP projects, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation actions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP Finance functionalities, in line with evolving business needs. Min 6+ years of experience in Demand Management, Business Analysis, or IT Project Management in multinational organizations or consulting firms; Proven experience in ERP Finance projects (preferably Oracle Fusion or Microsoft Dynamics 365; Strong knowledge of Finance processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, etc.); Solid Project Management skills (Agile methodology preferred); Excellent ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders, with strong communication and influencing skills; Fluent English, both written and spoken, as the role requires daily interaction with global teams; Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics or related fields.
