As HR Trainee in Valeo Santena you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker Companies, in the automotive product development field, working in an international and multicultural environment. You will learn how to Digital Communication ● Ensures display & update of mandatory or legal posting within the Site ● Create a new internal web site to showcase our company culture to internal employees ● Grow our employer presence on LinkedIn and internal portal ensuring a consistent and human-centric tone of voice. ● Design and launch initiatives to empower employees and share their professional journeys. ● Monitor and report on engagement metrics (reach, clicks, applicant source) to refine the content strategy based on what resonates with our target candidate personas. ●Bridge the gap between HR and Marketing to ensure all "People" content is aligned with the overall corporate brand identity and guidelines. Learning support ● Collect training needs ● Gives support to employees & manager to use Digital training tools ● Receives Training actions evaluations, and participates to the action plan Coordinates Training actions organization, enrollments, and invitations, for employees Engagement actions ● Participates to the Engagement committee ● Organizes and facilitates the working groups to develop the communication between actors of Valeo to share best practices and improve the working conditions ● Participates in the deployment and to the analyses of the feedback from different survey Desired Skills And Experience ● Proven proficiency in creating high-quality video content. ● Ability to design visually appealing ● Strong creative writing for compelling scripts, social media, and internal announcements. ● Deep understanding of platform algorithms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and community management. ● Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation efficiency. ● Language: Native Italian, fluent English (C1).
