Au sein de la Direction Service Client, nous recherchons notre futur Chargé de Clientèle en CDD de 6 mois pour rejoindre l’équipe Marchands rattaché à Aminata ; Responsable pôle marchands CRC-Services clients.  Votre impact :  En tant que Chargé de Clientèle au sein de l’équipe Marchands, vous êtes un acteur clé de la satisfaction et de la fidélisation de nos partenaires. Vous assurez une prise en charge complète des demandes entrantes et sortantes, en garantissant un suivi rigoureux, une réponse adaptée et une communication fluide.   Vos missions :  Prise en charge des demandes clients et internes sur différents canaux (30%) : Traiter efficacement les appels entrants, emails, formulaires et appels sortants. Analyse des problématiques et application des solutions (20%) : Comprendre les problèmes clients, appliquer les procédures, utiliser les outils internes et traiter les demandes proactivement. Suivi des échanges et mise à jour des données (20%) : Tracer les interactions dans les outils, maintenir les informations clients à jour, et signaler les anomalies ou demandes sensibles au responsable. Garantie de la satisfaction client et amélioration continue (30%) : Atteindre les objectifs de satisfaction tout en contribuant à l'optimisation des outils, des processus et des services. Vos expériences et compétences qui feront votre succès :  Vous avez une première expérience en relation client ou gestion de demandes. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité d’analyse, votre sens du service et votre organisation.
