Diese Herausforderungen erwarten Sie: Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden bezüglich aller Feld-Qualitätsprobleme Überwachung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Felddaten. Verantwortung und Koordination für unsere Analyseprozesse innerhalb unseres Warranty-Teams  Abstimmung, Definition und Überwachung von Abstellmaßnahmen bei technischen Problemen. Überwachung und Pflege der Kundenportale. Verhandlung und Abrechnung von Feld Befunden mit Kunden. Damit begeistern Sie uns: Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich (Mechanik, Elektronik oder Mechatronik) oder eine Ausbildung als Techniker (m/w/d) mit einschlägiger Erfahrung. Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen eines produzierenden Unternehmens auf nationaler und oder internationaler Ebene. Sie sind mit den gängigen Qualitätsmethoden wie 8D, Audits oder Problemlösungsstrategien vertraut. Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie selbstständiges und zielstrebiges Arbeiten. Ergebnis- sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen und Google Anwendungen  Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse.
