Wir suchen SIE als Site Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Fischbach bei Ebern!  Diese Herausforderungen erwarten Sie:  Strategische und operative Steuerung der gesamten Lieferkette am Standort. Verantwortung für die Bereiche Beschaffung, Bestandsverwaltung und Logistik. Implementierung und Optimierung von Logistiksystemen und -prozesse. Sicherstellung einer effektiven Logistischen Steuerung zur Einhaltung von Lieferterminen und Qualitätsstandards. Optimierung des Materialmanagements zur Reduzierung von Lagerbeständen und Kosten. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Materialversorgung. Kontinuierliche Analyse und Verbesserung der Supply-Chain-Betriebsabläufe. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung im Supply-Chain-Management (SCM). Risikomanagement innerhalb der Versorgungskette. Zollabwicklung Damit begeistern Sie uns:  Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie. Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Beschaffung, Bestandsverwaltung und Logistik. Erfahrung mit der Implementierung und Anwendung von Logistiksystemen. Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Logistische Steuerung und Materialmanagement. Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung. Praktische Erfahrung im Supply-Chain-Betrieb und in der Optimierung von Prozessen. Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen SCM-Tools und ERP-Systemen. Analytische Denkweise, Problemlösungskompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen. Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
