Définit et met en œuvre les actions de productivité techniques / de resourcing / logistiques / VPS ainsi que le réservoir de productivité, conformément aux exigences budgétaires, en collaboration avec l’organisation segment. Soutient l’organisation des familles d’achats (Segment Leaders) afin d’atteindre les objectifs de négociation du site. Pilote les actions de productivité matériaux devant le MSC et implique les fournisseurs, conformément au planning budgétaire. Suit la relation fournisseur lorsque le rôle de Key Account Purchasing (KAP) lui est attribué pour un fournisseur donné, si celui-ci n’est pas couvert par l’organisation Groupe Commodity. Déploie les standards matériaux PG/PL dans le(s) site(s). Élabore le budget du/des site(s) avec le responsable achats du site et en lien avec les Segment Leaders. Met en œuvre le plan d’actions de mitigation au niveau du site. Garantit la couverture des protocoles logistiques pour toutes les pièces achetées. Applique strictement les standards de l’axe Supplier Integration du V5000 (référentiel interne, certifications, procédures, outils achats, systèmes d’information).
