Principal Accountabilities:   ·        Business monitoring o  Prepare month-end Gross Margin above financial closing on time o  Understand gap vs budget/forecast/prior year o  Understand movements in P&L lines and present commercial insights o  Prepare management reports including channel performance and trade inventory   ·        Business analysis & planning o  Work closely with internal teams to support Finance/Business planning cycles, starting from demand review to financial forecast o  Prepare monthly rolling forecast and understand performance by brand by channel o  Assist in landing preparation and monitor variations from forecast o  Support pricing analysis on both new product and existing product o  Support Cash flow reporting and planning per Group requirements     ·        Finance transformation and process review o  Participate and support in finance transformation projects (e.g. Volume-to-Value forecast enhancement, Master data project, Beyond Budget) to support company-wide finance transformation roadmap o  On-going review internal processes and identify initiatives to improve efficiencies   ·        Support in any kind of any ad hoc analysis, presentations and projects as required.     Qualifications and Key Skills Requirements: ·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline ·        At least 3-4 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience, preferably in FMCG ·        CPA, ACCA or CIMA qualification is a plus ·        Detail-minded, well-organized with high accuracy ·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drill into the root causes ·        Proactive and motivated “can-do” attitude ·        Ability to work independently, strong result-orientated and eager to learn ·        Ability to manage multi tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment ·        Advanced skills in Excel to build, maintain and optimize reports ·        Experienced in Power BI and reporting/visualization tools is a plus ·        Experienced in using accounting software (JDE and/or Hyperion Planning) would be advantageous ·        High proficiency in both spoken and written English Job Posting End Date: Target Hire Date : 2026-01-12 Target End Date :
