YOU WILL VIBE WITH US Als Public Account Manager maak je deel uit van een prestatiegerichte, dynamische en hechte team, waar je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende zullen zijn: Je ontwikkelt je zakelijke relaties met de publieke sector Je prospecteert een gedefinieerde portefeuille van Nederlandstalige publieke instellingen Je vernieuwt bestaande contracten Je start en onderhoudt langdurige zakelijke relaties met nieuwe instellingen via een proactieve aanpak Je blijft nieuwe business ontwikkelen door middel van cross-selling Je schrijft de antwoorden op aanbestedingen samen met ons tenderteam Je benadrukt de waarden van Edenred als bedrijf Je coördineert de interacties met verschillende teams op basis van de vereiste specificaties Je adviseert en begeleidt publieke instellingen op basis van de analyse van hun behoeften en verwachtingen Je neemt deel aan evenementen die je in staat stellen om je netwerk te onderhouden en uit te breiden Je beheert je activiteiten, leads, pipeline en kansen via het CRM (Salesforce) Je onderhandelt in een zeer competitieve markt Je begrijpt de specificiteiten van de publieke markten en neemt initiatieven om kansen voor de ontwikkeling van onze aanpak te identificeren Je beheerst in detail onze verschillende oplossingen en interne processen Je ontwikkelt commerciële actieplannen om je doelstellingen te bereiken WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU Je beschikt over een Bachelor (bedrijfswetenschappen, marketing...) met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in accountmanagement binnen B2B-diensten. Je hebt ervaring met prospectie en advies op basis van de geïdentificeerde behoeften van klanten in de publieke sector. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goed niveau Frans. Je houdt ervan om prospects te benaderen via fysieke vergaderingen en telefonisch. Je bent in staat om je eigen kansen te genereren. Je vindt het leuk om te adviseren, inspireren, overtuigen en prioriteiten te stellen. Je bent energiek, enthousiast, doelgericht, communicatief, assertief en empathisch. Je bent resultaatgericht, voelt je comfortabel in onderhandelingen en hebt sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden met een goed luistervermogen. Je hebt teamgeest, weet te coördineren en te delegeren met verschillende cross-functionele teams. Je creëert een overzicht door analytisch en concreet te zijn. Je excelleert in communicatie en houdt van nauwkeurigheid en precisie. Je weet deadlines te beheren en de timing van meerdere projecten gelijktijdig te coördineren.
